Thank you to all of you who completed our first electronic survey. We were delighted with the results and to know that this resource is helping to improve childminding, not just in Bromley, but in other Boroughs too!

Need to SHOUT LOUDER for help too - many people I speak to think there is a whole army of BCMA staff doing all the work, or that you are part of Early years

I can't think of any suggestions to improve the site, I think that everything I would ever need is already included and to a very high standard.

Perhaps focusing on certain aspects of childminding - ie how to do observations - samples of , discusion about courses - DHC, QF, NVQ etc
