Liz has been a regular writer for their monthly magazine Child Care, which is also a great resource for childminders.

Liz has written the book to support all types of childcare provision to develop their environments. Chapters include the indoor, outdoor and emotional environments. With full colour photographs and case studies the book is easy to read, links practice to theory and the Early Years Foundation Stage. As Liz has spent many years as a working childminder and as a childminding development worker, she has ensured that the book is very suitable for home based childcare providers. A double page case study is based on the outstanding practice of BCMA’s chair, Ann Glover. Cherie Purkiss, another Outstanding Bromley Childminder also features in the book alongside Liz’s current provision, Woodlands Children’s Centre in Croydon, where she is the Manager.
