DFES Consultation: Childcare Registration Requirements
This
consultation seeks views on the proposed regulations, due to be made under the Childcare
Act 2006, to implement a new system of compulsory registration to replace the current
registration requirements for childcare for children under the age of eight.
The
new system is due to come into effect from September 2008
