Childminder Drop-
Bromley Early Years and Childcare Service, Childminder Team, run Childminder Drop-
You are welcome on your own or with your children.
Please remember you are responsible for the children in your care at all times. Why
not come along and pick up some information or ideas!
Often there are special events, here are a few examples:
Head Over Heels Sessions with lots of large equipment for the children to learn and
develop physical skills
Music sessions with finger puppets and musical instruments to encourage the children
and childminders to join in
Usborne Books often have a stand where childminders can have a look at the latest
range of books, particularly ones that provide positive images of disability and
different cultures
Bromley Primary Care Trust staff did a session on dental hygiene with the children
dressing up as dentists and using a giant tooth brush to clean the very large set
of teeth
Bromley’s Car Safety Team did a session on Road safety and the need to use correctly fitting car seats.
