BCMA values your feedback on all aspects of our work, and there are several ways for you to get in touch.
Compliments, suggestions and any other comments can be made over the phone or by email. Simply call the BCMA helpline or email us.

If you have a concern over any aspect of BCMA's work, you can discuss it with a member of BCMA committee. Many issues are resolved in this way, but if you are still not happy, you may want to make a formal complaint.

Formal complaints must be made in writing, either by letter or email, or by filling in and returning the Feedback form, available to download here as a pdf  or as a Word document.

BCMA takes complaints seriously. We aim to deal with them openly and quickly and learn from them to improve our services.

We will respond to any written complaint within 20 working days of receiving it.
